Corpse Bride and Victor Van Dort figures in the window of Album, Boulevard Saint-Germain, Paris

Figures from Tim Burton’s film The Corpse Bride, among others, on display in the window of Album 84 on boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris. Located here in the Latin Quarter since 1948, Album 84 is the oldest bookshop in France specializing in comics, better known as BD or bande dessinee.

Espace 400e Pavilion Port of Québec-4338-5

Pavillon d’Espace 400e on the waterfront in the old Port of Québec City. Currently hosting a traveling exhbition, the building will soon become le Centre de découverte de Parcs Canada, housing new permanent exhibits on immigration into Canada at Quebec via the Saint Lawrence River, along with information about the Canadian national park system.
